Question:I know the password but i lost emergency keys which was kept in cupboard rack. Will they be able to reset password and open the lock ??Answer:You can open the safe and reset the password as long as you know the password. Please be careful of the low battery indication. If the battery runs out, it can only be opened with the override keys.

Question:How do we install it?Answer:If you do not want to attach it somewhere, no installation is need. Simply follow the steps in the manual to set your own password.

Question:Will the password reset if the batteries are removed and installed again?Answer:No. Keep the emergency keys handy. Do not store inside safe.
